Modification of Reservation |
Modifications are subject to the hotel's availability at the time the modification is made. Rates may change and a cancellation fee may be incurred, depending on the terms and conditions of your rate plan. |
Payment/Guarantee Rules |
For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until the check-out time the day following arrival. For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until the specified cancellation time as per the terms of the reservation. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to the hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and the hotel is unable to hold the rooms consistent with the room hold policy, the hotel will attempt to accommodate the guest(s) at its expense at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will provide for transportation to that hotel. |
No-Shows |
Guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time will be charged the total amount of the reservation. |
Rate/Reservation Validity |
Electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall prevail. Tampering with documents to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences. |
Early Departure |
At check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. Should you decide to leave earlier after reconfirming your departure date, you may be charged the early departure fee. |
Extra Bedding |
The daybed can be converted into an extra bed for children aged 11 and under at no additional charge. Children aged 0-4 stay on a complimentary basis. For children aged 5-11, a surcharge of MYR 80+ per child applies for breakfast. For adults, a charge of MYR 420+ per night will be billed. |
Smoking |
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. Guests are permitted to smoke only in the balcony area of their rooms and ashtrays are provided. There are also specially designated smoking areas throughout the resort. A penalty of MYR 500+ will be charged to guests who smoke in their rooms. |
Exchange Rate/Credit Cards |
The local currency is Malaysian Ringgit. Credit cards are accepted at all outlets. Major currencies are accepted at the Reception. |
Service Charge |
Rates are subject to a 10% service charge. |
Transfers |
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the arrival or departure time to avoid penalty charges. |

Parking |
An outdoor carpark facility with limited space is available near the entrance of the resort. Guests are welcome to park their car(s) here complimentary. |
Drones |
For the comfort and privacy of our guests, the use of personal drones is prohibited at the resort. A special authorisation request can be however made in advance, a week prior to arrival. This is subject to senior management’s approval, and if permitted, drone flying times are restricted to certain times of the day and to specified areas of the resort. |
Commercial Photography & Videography |
As we aim to safeguard the privacy and comfort of all of our guests, photography and videography for commercial purposes in any manner whatsoever is strictly prohibited at the resort. Exceptions are allowed with written permit by the Executive Office only, and applications have to be submitted minimum 1 (one) week ahead of the planned shoot. All commercial shoots will be accompanied by a team member of the resort at all times and shoot locations and times will be restricted at the sole discretion of the Executive Office. |
Restaurant Policy: Video/Music Playing on Digital Devices |
At our restaurants, we strive to provide a comfortable and pleasant dining experience for all of our guests. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their meal, we ask that you please use headphones when playing videos or music on your digital devices. If you must take a phone call or use your device for a brief moment, we kindly ask that you step away from your table to do so.
